Hands On House

During our trip to PA we visited the Hands On House in Lancaster. It is a small but fun place for kids to play. Outside there is a garden full of fun plants that the kids can see close up. When you walk inside there is an area that is made to be like your back yard. It has a little tree house and it teaches kids about birds and fishing. Grant and PoP played tic-tac-toad. They also played in a truck area while Evy painted her own face. Next is a farm area but my kids moved quickly to the grocery store. They love mini grocery stores and they'd play it all day if they could. They also have a dress up area but the back is the most fun. It is set up like an assembly line and you get to build this made up thing. There were also magnetic walls or walls carved out to make a path for balls to fall down. My favorite part of the day was watching my PoP play with my kids, he's so good at that.
