Last week I made some hamburger stroganoff and as usual Evy walks in and says "I want to help" Then she saw extra mushrooms and wanted to cut them. Before I said yes or no she had gotten one of her plastic knives and her stool. I did say yes and she proceeded to cut away. When she was finished she put all her chopped up mushrooms into a pile. So cute!
