Our friend does research at The Field museum and one day she asked if I could watch her daughter while she was there. Then she said we could go with her and get a visitor's pass which gets you everywhere. I decided it's educational enough to take Grant out of school and so on a rainy Wednesday we spent our time going through the giant museum. Four of these photos were taken in the children's area but it was the only hands on part. We did get to go through the Pirate exhibit but my kids were scared ha! We, of course, saw dinosaurs, animals, and mummies too. I am so grateful we had this opportunity!
